Event Description: This workshop series will provide opportunities to practice some of the basic tools and principles of the creative process and enable you to discover what works best for you in any relationship: family, friends, partners/spouses, colleagues, neighbours, the wider world, and, most importantly, yourself – the one person you are guaranteed to live with for the rest of your life.
Through a variety of interactive exercises, the workshop aims to:
1. Develop your creative potential – a natural and inexhaustible human resource, that is as applicable to life as it is to the arts;
2. Develop your awareness in the present moment; and
3. Enable you to make awareness and creativity an integral part of all your relationships.
During the 5-weekly sessions, we will focus on different aspects of the tools and principles we introduced on the 1-day workshop:
1. CHOOSING based on what’s most important to you now;
2. SEEING things as they are in the present - slowing down, giving yourself space and time to reflect and notice what’s happening;
3, LOVING ACTION: Speaking truth with wisdom and compassion;
4. LOVING ACTION: Supporting self and others; appreciating instead of judging;
5. BEING PRESENT/BEING PEACE.
You are invited to press the “refresh” button in your life and tap inner wisdom, playfulness and creativity as you discover new insights and actions toward making your life a masterpiece.
