In this inspiring and practical weekend you will learn the essential secrets and strategies of spirituality that will support and boost your health. Using carefully guided meditations and exercises, you will explore how to effectively integrate this approach into your own life and circumstances.
You will also be introduced to the substantial and growing body of scientific evidence for these benefits and the physiology of how they are achieved.
You will leave the weekend with your own personally tailored ‘Spiritual Health Programme’ which you can immediately put into practice.
Dr William Bloom is director of the Spiritual Companions Trust, which recently developed the UK’s first qualification in spirituality and health, and is now pioneering the ‘The Spiritual Health Programme’.
