Event Description: Tara meets Brigit, a Buddhist - Celtic Retreat for men and woman.

You are invited to a special Satsang / Lecheile with Phyllida and Jules in the company of Tara and Brigit.

Tara being the feminine heart expression of Buddhist devotion and Brigit the Celtic embodiment of Soul in Soil.

We will share together rituals and practices from both traditions which although similar in essence, differ in expression.

Phyllida will share her knowledge of Teachngs from the Cauldron whilst Jules will rename the sacred regarding Buddhist texts and daily practices.

Please come and be part of our exploration of Buddhist and Celtic wisdom regarding conscious living, conscious dying.

Phyllida introduces Jules: Jules, like me, is Irish and has been involved with various Buddhist traditions for the past ten years. She has taken refuge with His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche of the Drikung Kagyu lineage and has studied with many other well-known teachers. It is, however, Jules' love and devotion to Tara that touched my own heart. And to see the many ways Jules herself lives her beliefs daily, really attracts me greatly. Last year I invited Jules to speak at a conference in Germany and her meditation was a special part of the sharings. Jules is also a very intuitive massage therapist with wisdom far beyond her years. This is evident in her intuitive awareness. I know you will just love her!

Phyllida believes in the wilderness nature of the sacred and her work with the dying has taught her the importance of  offering each other the gift of presence. She delights in sharing her experiences of the divine, in a way that embodies physicality and true intelligence, to include sacred memory. Phyllida believes that her background in humanistic psychology and psychotherapy whilst helping her to understand the dysfunctions of the personality, cannot heal the wounds of the heart. This, she believes, requires the compassionate presence of Soul. Both Jules and Phyllida love their Irish connection and support the storyteller in each other.
