Online Zoom Workshop: Reconnecting to Peace and Stability - Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra.

Event Description: How can we have an experience of inner peace? By practicing yoga and meditation we will cultivate our inner space to be receptive to the Peace that lives within us, around us, and everywhere in the Universe.
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that helps you channel powerful energy and positively transform your life. It is amazing that there is an accessible and easy way to learn how to incorporate these practices into your practice and life.
This practice is open to everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. There's no need to be physically flexible, but please do bring an open mind and a willing spirit. During our workshop you will do physical yoga, you will meditate, as well as learn how go into a deep relaxation.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, as well as for those who have never practiced yoga before. Chanan will adapt to individual needs to help everyone to get the best experience out of the workshop. If you have any pre-existing conditions or limitations that you are aware of, then please let us know so that we can remain mindful of these.
Chanan Tej is a Buddhist Counselor, Mindfulness Teacher, and KRI certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Chanan completed Gong Master Training with Don Conreaux, the originator of the Gong bath, and the world famous Gong player and teacher Aidan McIntyre.
