Event: Online Zoom Workshop:

Being in the Flow – Reconnecting with your Authentic Voice.

Facilitator: Rolf Billes.
Date: Saturday 13 March 2021.
Time: Workshop: 10am-12.30pm.
Event Description: At a time when many things seem to be in flux in and around us, we can feel the importance of being in the flow of life from where we can engage with the world in an effortless and joyful way. By connecting with the rhythm of our breath and expressing our voice freely, we can remain in that flow or return to it during times of disconnection.

This morning of sounding, bodywork and silence will introduce you to some practical tools for clearing the energy centres and for giving expression to your emotions through the voice. Based on the principles of the Naked Voice work pioneered by Chloe Goodchild, Rolf creates a safe space for you to access your authentic voice - a sound that is older and deeper than the polarity of all conflict. This group approach to sounding can be both playful and deeply transformative while connecting us to the Singing Field that resonates within and all around us.

No prior singing experience necessary. Please use comfortable clothes and a drinking bottle for water.
