Event: Day Conference and Evening Cultural Celebration: Thomas Merton's Engaged Spirituality:
Artistic, Political, Psychological and Interspiritual Expressions.

Speakers and Facilitators: Prof Mario I. Aguilar, Stephen Dunhill, The Rev'd Canon John McLuckie, Fr Willy Slavin, Revd Canon Dr Anne Tomlinson among others.
Venue: Sanctuary, Augustine United Church, 41 George IV Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1EL.
Date: Saturday 29 October 2016.
Time: Registration: 9.30am-10am. Day Conference: 10am-5pm.
Registration:  6.30pm-7pm. Event: 7pm-9pm.
Event Description: The purpose of this conference is to:

1. learn about and explore aspects of Thomas Merton's life and thought;

2. provide a forum for networking among those who are interested in aspects of Thomas Merton's life and thought;

3. facilitate open and mutually respectful enquiry and communication among scholars and the wider public regarding aspects of Thomas Merton's life and thought.

Day Conference and Evening: Thomas Merton

Cost: Day Conference: £30/£25 (Concessions)/£10 (Students).
Evening Event: £10/£8 (Concessions)/£3 (Students).
