Time: 10am-5pm (UK time).
Event Description: This retreat gives focus to explore how natural anger is meant to serve us and its divine purpose.
The day is dedicated to our third chakra the house of anger one of the most misunderstood emotions. When our third chakra is out of balance we are challenged with; Yes and No, Boundaries, Passion, Clarity, Motivation, Confidence and Sense of Self as an Authentic Being in Form.
We will explore our relationship with anger, our dysfunctions and challenges, and have opportunity to deepen our understanding and alignment with our natural anger.
Held by the Teachings of the Cauldron of Brigid, this workshop is interactive and experiential using; self inquiry, reflection, sounding, movement, sharing, witnessing and Sacred Rage Dance.

Croilán: Croilán MBACP (Snr Accred) has been working as a psychotherapist, bodywork therapist, trainer, and yoga teacher for over 25 years. Her early career was in contemporary dance performing and teaching. In her journey of personal healing and search for understanding of holistic health, she has engaged in 25 years Shamanic experiencing, including Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), Atman teachings (Hinduism/Yoga Philosophy) and has latterly found roots in Celtic Consciousness as an Initiate of Brigid of Ireland. Croilán is known for her sincerity, warmth, and dedication to healing and consciousness.
The retreat will be supported by Phyllida Anam Aire.
Phyllida Anam Aire: I just love being a fully paid-up participant in this amazing drama of Life. Somehow, I don’t see it as MY Life rather, I have the awful privilege of being called to experience a very short spiral in this dramatic and dynamic mystery of Love made flesh.
Nearing my 80th birthday is such a rich and splendid privilege, one that fills me with deep gratitude to Life Itself. Joy has been a constant companion these past years.
This is a life changing workshop. Many women, like me, have not learned to express their anger in a constructive way. We learned to suppress it because it was unwanted. Anger is an energy that does not disappear by holding it inside. It will find other ways to get out, ways that may be destructive or create havoc. Do you want to free yourself from destructive anger and instead use it as a source of inner strength? Croilán is the one who will guide you gently in releasing and integrating your anger. You'll be safe in her hands.

I really admire the way Croilan can hold everyone with such care at these on-line workshops.
Hearing that there is functional and dysfunctional anger, and that we possibly learned to see anger as something to reject rather than explore was a revelation.
She has left us with the challenge to transform our reactions to creativity - and so the exploration continues.  I'll be back!
