Online Zoom Retreat: The Divine Purpose of Anger and the Sacred Rage Dance.

Event Description: This retreat gives focus to explore how natural anger is meant to serve us and its divine purpose.
The day is dedicated to our third chakra the house of anger one of the most misunderstood emotions. When our third chakra is out of balance we are challenged with; Yes and No, Boundaries, Passion, Clarity, Motivation, Confidence and Sense of Self as an Authentic Being in Form.
We will explore our relationship with anger, our dysfunctions and challenges, and have opportunity to deepen our understanding and alignment with our natural anger.
Held by the Teachings of the Cauldron of Brigid, this workshop is interactive and experiential using; self inquiry, reflection, sounding, movement, sharing, witnessing and Sacred Rage Dance.
Important practical information:
1. All cameras need to be on for the duration of the retreat with the exception of breaks.
2. Bring a notebook and a pen, and a tea light or candle with something to light it with.
Bios:
Croilán: Croilán MBACP (Snr Accred) has been working as a psychotherapist, bodywork therapist, trainer, and yoga teacher for over 25 years. Her early career was in contemporary dance performing and teaching. In her journey of personal healing and search for understanding of holistic health, she has engaged in 25 years Shamanic experiencing, including Dzogchen (Tibetan Buddhism), Atman teachings (Hinduism/Yoga Philosophy) and has latterly found roots in Celtic Consciousness as an Initiate of Brigid of Ireland. Croilán is known for her sincerity, warmth, and dedication to healing and consciousness.
The retreat will be supported by Phyllida Anam Aire.
