Investigating what it is to inspire
Active Hope both personally and in our community.
Resourcing our understanding of how we co create our lives and participate in our conscious evolution.
"And - teach us to listen!-
We can hear it in water, in wood, and even in stone.
We are earth of this earth, and we are bone of its bone."
-- Barbara Demming, from Thinking like a Mountain, with Joanna Macy and John Seed.
During our time together we will connect with nature, reflect, and share as community. Creatively exploring our despair and our hope through dialogue, movement and dance. We will bear witness to ourselves and our feelings through ritual and ceremony and reclaim our power of expression. "To find the land within ourselves" – (Liliana Pechene of the Colombian Misak tribe speaking of the Plan de Vida) to rebalance ourselves and the Earth. Giving ourselves space for transformation, and healing, thereby empowering us to take action to heal and restore our planet Earth.
